You’ll have shared access to the kitchen, multiple living areas, outdoor deck, and seasonally an outdoor fire pit and full-size swimming pool with a diving board.
There is easy access to highways, 152 and 435 for a 15-minute drive to the airport and 20 minutes to downtown KC.
You'll want to have a car or use Uber, though we are within walking distance of some of the best hiking trails in the city! We are happy to suggest restaurants, theaters, shopping, museums, nightlife, and can throw in some unusual stops in you're interested. We can direct you to grocery, gas, drug & liquor stores.
All common areas of the house are open for shared use, except for our room and the basement. This is our full-time home in a residential neighborhood. Parking is on a residential street in front of our house. Two rooms are full-time short Term Rental rooms, including your private room.
We do allow smoking and are 420 friendly, but all smoking must be done outside. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside.
