About us

Our unique set up allows for open shared spaces including the kitchen & living room. We've met the most incredible people from all over the world and from across the USA, and some from our own town of Kansas City! Some guests just need peace and quiet, while others have shared stories that are fascinating, enriching and enlightening! NOTE; Our property is 420 Friendly, we ask that you please smoke outside where we also have a propane heater and blankets available when it's chilly outside or poolside during the warm weather. New this year is a cabana as a second outdoor heated area to chill.

ALL food waste goes into the kitchen trash can, not the one in your room.

Keep your used towels in your bedroom.

11PM-6AM - most people will be sleeping, so be extra quiet and respectful

Easy check-out: put all bedding, blankets, robes & towels used during your stay on the bed.
